This bridge carries southbound Interstate 81 over U.S. Route 11 (Lee Highway), Norfolk Southern railway, and the Middle Fork Holston River. It is a 7 span, steel beam bridge with concrete deck built in 1964 and reconstructed in 1985. There is no connection between I-81 and US-11 at this crossing.
