Privately-owned public amenity space for 101 Park Avenue which was built in 1982. Embedded in the sidewalk on the Park Avenue and 40th Street sides of the building are a set of bronze reliefs created by Gregg LeFevre in 1996 to commemorate the history of properties that fall within the Grand Central Partnership District. The plaques were placed here to recall that 101 Park Avenue was once the Architects Building.
