442-foot, 35-story modernist hotel completed in 2021. Designed by Berg + Moss Architects, it is clad in dark-blue glass, and also dark-grey cast-stone on the upper levels. The 4-story base has thin, vertical, illuminated, beige panels, with a 3-story entry section cut out near the center. Above the glass doors, a 2-story window in this recessed section features a large Hard Rock Hotel logo.

Above the base the main south and north facades have glass curtain walls; on the east side of the south facade is a projecting section that extends up to the 17th floor. Several minor setbacks are positioned on the eastern and southern edges of the tower, which culminates in large blank walls adorned with an illuminated Hard Rock logo. Below this signage is an outdoor rooftop bar. Smaller Hard Rock Hotel logos are placed around the midpoint of the edifice on the slim western and eastern elevations.

The hotel contains 445 guest rooms.
