Constructed in 1914 to carry the Pennsylvania Railroad's Schuylkill division, replacing an earlier Pratt deck truss bridge. When Conrail abandoned the branch in the late 1970s, the bridge remained active as a single track to access the PRR Devault branch, also called the Phoenixville industrial track. It has sat idle since 2004 when service was suspended along the Devault line. Currently owned by Norfolk Southern.
