  I had originally marked this area as Brownstown before, and deleted it - as I was not sure if it was just a neighborhood name by the residents (moved here three years ago), but recently found it referenced as a village within the local Pine Township government ordinances. http://www.pinetownshipindianacounty.com/PineTwpOrdinances/24.html
