The New York CG has jurisdiction for Canadian interests in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York state, Pennsylvania, and the British Overseas Territory of Bermuda. In addition the CG covers cross-border trade and investment services only for Delaware, while consular affairs in that state are handled by Canada’s Embassy in Washington, DC.
