7-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1941. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, it is clad in red brick. The main entrance is at the center of the east facade on Central Park West, with black wood-and-glass double-doors in a white-painted stone surround, below a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. The 2-story center section at the base is clad in red tiles. On either side of the doorway is a narrow window with a small, white stone arch. Paired, 2-story, fluted stone pilasters frame the center section; at the top of the 2nd floor they carry stone end sections to an entablature topped by a dentiled cornice, with two sets of urns rising above the pilasters at the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor in this center section has curved tiles in vertical rows above the entablature, the middle of which has flat tiles with a row of white square tiles across it. The upper floors of the center section have two bays of double-windows.

To either side is a recessed bay with a single-window and a narrower window to the inside. The sidewalls on both sides of the recessed bays each have a single-window, and there is a black metal fire escape running down both recessed bays. The ends of the east facade have two bays of double-windows. They are banded with brick at the two bottom floors, and banded at the edges of the upper floors, with white stone sill courses underlining the 3rd & 7th floors. The 7th-floor double-windows have brick lintels with white keystones, and there is a thin, white stone string course running across the parapet near the roof line. In the center section the parapet is raised and slightly arched, with white stone squares at the ends, and a shell-shape in the center.

The north facade on 103rd Street has a central recessed bay with a double-window, single-window, and a very narrow windows, and its sidewalls both have a single-window, with a black metal fire escape running down the east-facing sidewall. To the east of the recessed bay there are two bays of double-windows with unequal-width panes separated by wide mullions, and a single-window end bay. To the west there are three even double-windows. The roof line at the recessed bay is similar to that at the center of the east facade but narrower.

The rear, west elevation is clad in beige brick, with a short return of red brick at the front. It has several bays of single-windows and another fire escape. The building was converted to condominiums in 2007, with 60 units.
