A complex of 11 buildings in four groups that all surrounds a common landscaped courtyard in the middle of the block. They formerly each had separate entrances, but were combined in 1984 into a development of 123 apartment units, with the original street-facing entrances closed up and new entrances created facing inward toward the courtyard, which is enclosed by stone and iron walls and fencing. The entrance to the complex is at the north end, on 102nd Street, between the northwest and northeast groups of buildings.
