  • It's a famous temple in thottakad . Here the festival is "sivarathri" . It is a ten days festival . On sivarathri day kavadiyattam coming from kuruthikamankavu,madathani,umbidi. And aarattu coming from madathani . These ten day all devotee are in festival mind . On sivarathri day their is a heavy rush in temple .

Those who belives they can realise that the Swamy's presence with him. Those who visits the tmeple they can understand and have experience of the power of Swamy & you would like to go again & again. You must see when the idole is in Muzukappu (its a vazhipadu that coverd with chandana/kalabha) you will experience that some power is coming to your body while praying.
