4-story (plus raised basements) residential building oriignally completed in as a 3-story townhouse in about 1890. It was renovated in 2016 and given a new facade clad in white-painted cast-stone, lightly banded. A red metal stoop with concrete steps leads up to a parlor-floor entrance on the right, with paneled wooden double-doors. The upper part of the entry is framed by a pair of engaged colonnettes, supporting the projecting portion of a cornice atop the parlor floor.

There are two single-windows to the left, and also at the basement level. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows that have lintels with rounded ends, and sill courses that are linked to the lintels by engaged colonnettes. The top floor is set back, with a raised facade section across the front, above the 3rd-floor roof line below, held by narrow side walls. The exposed west facade is clad in red brick.
