230-foot, 21-story postmodern residential building completed in 1992. Designed by Yorganciaglu Associates and The Vilkas Group, it is clad in buff-colored brick, white cast-stone, and glass above a 2.5-story beige stone base. The east facade is four bays wide, with the main entrance in the 2nd bay from the north, with black wood-and-glass double-doors below a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. On either side is a tripartite bay, with the north bay having a set of glass double-doors between sidelights, and the bay to the south having an equal-sized double-window between sidelights, with black metal framing and black metal panels at the top and bottom. The south end bay has another double-window flanked by narrow single-windows separated by stone piers. All of these windows and doors have black metal bars.
The upper floors have the same window arrangement in the south bay, bays of four window panes in the next bay and the north end bay, and the other bay has four narrower panes, these divided by white metal mullions. There is a shallow balconette at the 2nd floor above the main entrance with slightly-projecting end posts and a black metal railing. The other bays also have black metal railings, with slightly-projecting stone end posts at the 3rd & 4th floors at the three northern bays. There are also shallow balconettes at the north and 2nd-from-south bays on alternating floors up to the 14th floor; the 14th & 15th floors have such balconettes on all three northern bays. Above the base the south bay has white mullions and spandrels with no corner pier; instead the windows wrap around the southeast corner and continue on the south facade.
The east end bay on the south facade on 95th Street matches the south end bay from the other facade, wrapping around the corner. Continuing west the ground floor has a secondary entrance with a glass door flanked by narrow sidelights (with four narrow window panes on the 2nd floor, and slightly wider windows on the upper floors). The west end has two narrow bays with black metal service doors on the ground floor, and narrow double-windows on the upper floors (one of which is replaced by metal louvers at the 2nd floor). The two wider east bays have black metal railings, while the west bays do not. The 2nd bay also alternates shallow balconettes on every other floor.
The tower sets back above the 15th floor, continuing with a series of terraced setbacks receding from both the south and east sides. The sculpted crown is dominated by two brick chimneys that form an interplay with the rooftop mechanical and watertank enclosures. The north facade has has three bays of single-windows and at the back is a triple-window.
The building contains 17 condominium units.
