111-foot, 11-story Renaissance-revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1929. Designed by Matthew W. Del Gaudio, it is clad in orange brick above a 2-story white stone base. The round-arched, central entrance has black metal-and-glass double-doors below a fanlight extending into the 2nd floor, covered by a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk, and set in a beveled, arched surround. To either side are two single-windows, a triple-window, and two more single-windows, with green metal framing. The ground-floor windows have iron grilles, and the westernmost bay is replaced by a gated service entrance. A thin stone cornice caps the base, with a blind balustrade at the center bay extending down into the 2nd floor.

The upper floors have another bay of triple-windows above the entrance, with a scrolled stone surround at the 3rd floor. The outer triple-window bays have thin brick borders, and brick spandrels between floors with outlined panels. The 10th floor is set off by a brick band course with an overlapping pattern of zig-zags. The 10th floor is capped by a grey metal cornice, and the 11th floor is set back behind it.

There are light wells on both the west and east facades. The building contains 70 apartments.
