335-foot, 33-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1970. Designed by Horace Ginsbern & Associates, the tower rises from the northwest corner of the site, with a 1-story base extending to the east on 96th Street, and a separate 1-story commercial structure to the south on 95th Street.

The 1-story section along 96th Street is clad in reddish-brown brick, with a broad band of ribbed concrete on top, and has two garage doors, two metal service doors, and a set of steps up to the plaza level near the west end. The tower itself is clad in brick (that was formerly red, but repainted a cream-color in 2012) and concrete, and is roughly square-shaped, with the right end of each facade projecting out.

The north facade on 96th Street has three bays of double-windows in the projecting section, each framed by projecting concrete piers. To the left, the non-projecting section has three bays of triple-windows (changing to sliding glass doors that open onto projecting, rectangular concrete balconies beginning at the 10th floor; the balconies have metal panel railings. The west end of this facade has no windows, and exposed concrete floor plates. The south facade matches the north.

The west facade on the avenue has two bays of double-windows at the projecting section at the south end. To the north are four bays of triple-windows, with balconies beginning on the 10th floor at 3rd bay from the north. The north end has no openings. The east facade has two bays of double-windows in the projecting section on the right, and five bays of triple-windows to the south (with balconies at the 2nd bay from the south).

The retail structure on 95th Street is clad in white stone, with a taller concrete and reddish brick section at the rear. The main entrance to the tower is through a plaza between these two buildings. The west part of the retail structure has a sloped shingle roof, and is lined with round-arched plate-glass windows. The entrance faces the avenue, and it is occupied by Hunan Park restaurant, and Columbus Natural Food. The ground floor of the tower, facing the avenue, is occupied by Subway sandwiches. The building contains 248 apartment units.
