4-story residential building originally completed in 1887 as a pair of rowhouses. Designed by James S. Post, the houses were combined, converted to apartments, and given a new facade in 1957. The facade is clad in light-tan brick, behind landscaping enclosed by iron fencing. The entrance is near the west end, with black wood-and-glass double-doors in a white stone surround, covered by a rounded, green canvas canopy. To the right is a single-window and there are two more to the left.

The upper floors have four single-windows with air-conditioning vents cut below some of them. A simple stone coping marks the roof line.
