Edumuri Falls is a artifically creadted falls on the course of the river Cauvery. The small check dam built across the river where it takes a turn towards the left of its course, results in a water gushing down. This results in a water fall which has now become a picnic spot. It is about 2 kms from the more famous 'Balamuri' falls which is down the same stream.
