Houston is a city in Houston County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 997 at the 2020 census. It was first settled in June 1852, and incorporated April 7, 1874.

The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad served Houston from 1868 until 1976.
