Dahlia Condominium (New York City, New York)

USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / West 95th Street, 212
 condominium, Modern (architecture)

223-foot, 20-story modernist residential building completed in 2019 for United Management with Certes Partners. Designed by CetraRuddy and RKTB Architects, it is clad in beige cast-stone and glass, with the entire façade set back from the sidewalk. The double-height lobby entrance is near the center of the tower, with glass doors below a bronze canopy set in a 2-story glass surround. At the west side of the tower is a 1-story parking deck behind a cast-stone wall with angled slats.

The north façade of the tower has nine bays of windows at the lower floors, of varying widths, with many slightly recessed and offset next to matching stone panels angling slightly back to the windows. There are double-height openings at the east end of the façade on the 4th-5th floors and the 10th-11th. The northwest corner is cut away beginning at the 7th floor, with the corner section above having slightly-recessed blue-glass-and-black-metal curtain walls, staggered at each floor to created a stacked box effect. The rest of the cast-stone facade ends at the 13th floor, with the top floors fully clad in a glass curtain wall with metal spandrels between floors, set back further at both ends, narrowing with more setbacks toward the top.

The rear half of the west façade continues the cast-stone cladding, with three bays of windows; the stone cladding ends at the 17th floor. The mechanical space at the top is enclosed by metallic screens.

The building contains 38 condominium units.
