Mabel is a city in Newburg Township, Fillmore County, Minnesota. The population was 780 at the 2010 census.

It was first incorporated as a railroad village in 1893. The post office was established in 1855 as Bellville, until it changed to Mabel in 1980.

The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad served Mabel from until 1976.
