9-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1965. Designed by Harry M. Prince for the New York City Housing Authority, it is clad in dark reddish-brown brick. The building is shaped as an elongated cross, with projecting sections at the middle of the north and south facades, and long wings extending out to the sides. The main entrance is at the east end of the projecting section on 94th Street, with a white metal door between narrow triple-sidelights. To the right the ground floor has vertical ribbing in the brickwork, and there is a black metal service door near the west end of the central projecting section, all of which is covered by a short canopy of grey stone at the ground floor.
The upper floors of the middle section have two middle bays of single-windows and outer bays of double-windows, with dark-grey metal framing. Both wings have five bays of double-windows (the 2nd-closest to the center in each wing being slightly wider), and the short sidewalls of the projecting section both have a single-window bay. Banding of darker brick tops each floor across the entire facade, and the building is fronted by some landscaped areas behind iron fencing.
The south facade matches the north, the west facade has a double-window flanked by single-windows, and the east facade has two double-windows flanked by single-windows. The roof line is marked by a white metal, panel-style railing.
The middle of the roof has a tall, brick water tower enclosure, ribbed on the north and south sides. The building contains 70 apartment units.
