5-story Neo-Renaissance parking garage completed in 1906. Designed by Lafayette A. Goldstone, it opened as the Acton Garage. The 4-bay facade is clad in buff-colored brick above a rusticated limestone ground floor. The western two bays on the ground floor have garage doors, the eastern one wider to accommodate automobiles, and the eastern two have double-windows with iron grilles; all four openings are segmental-arched, with keystones. The main garage door bay has a much fancier scrolled keystone wrapped with a fruit garland.

A rounded stone band course sets off the upper floors, which have double-windows with green metal framing in each bay. The center and end piers are wider, and there are spandrels between floors with recessed panels, with stone lintels at the bottoms. A sign at the top reads "MONTEREY GARAGE" and the roof line is marked by a stone coping, with a bulkhead at the east end.
