5-story Renaissance-revival (with Neo-Grec elements) residential building completed in 1888. Designed by Thom & Wilson, this twin apartment building is clad in brownstone above metal-and-glass storefronts that flank the central entrance. A short stoop with iron handrails leads up to a wood-framed glass door, sidelights, and transom recessed between paneled piers with Renaissance ornament; the entablature across the top reads "POMONA", and is capped by a dentiled cornice. The storefronts are replacements of the originals, although some of the cast-iron end piers remains.

The two halves of the upper floors are mirror-images, each with two outer bays of single-windows and an inner bay with a tripartite window on the 2nd & 5th floors and paired windows on the 3rd & 4th. They have brownstone surrounds with fluted brackets, egg-and-dart moldings along the top of the windows, and small cornices. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is crowned by a reddish-brown metal roof cornice with brackets and panels.

The exposed north facade is clad in plain brick with no openings. The ground floor is occupied by Blossom on Columbus restaurant.
