1-story commercial building completed in 1982. It has a red-painted metal-and-glass storefront with metal-framed glass double-doors at the north end, and another glass door at the south. A tall, beige sheet-metal parapet tops the building, with green and red lettering, and a projecting sign at the south end. The lettering was replaced in 2017.

Famous Original Ray's Pizza was founded by Rosolino "Ray" Mangano in 1964.
