It was seized upon the indictment of Pharmacist Michael Ayotunde, who was also president of Life Worth Living Foundation dba Life Worth Living Pharmacy. which defrauded TRICARE / Medicare / (Military) of millions of dollars via fraudulent and or false claims through the grand scheme.
Per the United States Code, Forfeiture of all property was executed.
The property was purchased by Michael Ayotunde from Shir Joseph A Jr. in 2015 for $1,640,000 which the US Government took it around December of 2016.
