Owned & developed by Tavistock Development Company.
200-acre mixed-use development property.

The property was originally owned by Lockheed Martin subsidy land development company "Orlando Central Park", which sold the land in 1981 to AT&T - Western Electric for the development of a semiconductor plant. The plant changed hands a number times for reason of company acquisition from Cirent Semiconductor, Lucent & then ending with Agere Systems Inc which sold the property to Tavistock in 2007 since they were unable to find a buyer for the plant which had over $1.8 billion invested into developing it and the land that it sat on became more valuable. All the buildings, clean rooms, power plant have been demolished.
