-Former Site of Central Florida DaimlerChrysler Mopar Parts Distribution Warehouse Closed around 2002 & Replaced by a newer and larger center at Airport International Park. DiamlerChrysler purchased the property from Orlando Central Park (subsidy of Lockheed Martin Corp) and developed it into 175,444 SF building in 1971 and operated it up until October of 2001. The new facility is up to 550,000 SF on a 44-acre site.
-The building was demolished and construction of the retail center began in 2003
-Originally part of Lockheed Martin Property (FKA Martin Marietta) who later develop the area part of the master plan of Orlando Central Park.
