A data-switching center, which included a microwave relay system. Although once manned by on-site technicians, the facility is now unmanned and supported from Ramstein Airbase. The site also hosts ground-to-air radios and radio repeater equipment used by the airbase.
Remnants of the "manned" period include a chemical warfare decontamination room, weightlifting gear, and an outlying dayroom complete with kitchen and shag carpet.
