Pulaski houses the 415th base Support Battalion (Kaiserslautern). Its mission is to provide base support for all of the communities Army units and their families as well as to provide a command and control element for units and organizations that do not fall under the 21st TSC.

The 415th Base Support Battalion provides administrative and logistical support within an area of responsibility that covers 14 installations within the Kaiserslautern Military Community. Its headquarters is located on Pulaski Barracks, situated in the west end of Kaiserslautern, Germany, which is home to the largest contingent of Americans outside the continental United States.

There is one 21st TSC unit housed at Pulaski, which is the 560th Military Police Company. Pulaski houses the 415th Base Support Battalion.
