5-story commercial building completed in 1900 as a 4-story office building. Designed by Charles J. Perry, it is clad in cast-iron and glass on the front facade. The ground floor has a glass-and-metal storefront on the left, and a glass door in a glass surround on the right. The 2nd-4th floors have large studio windows divided by thin mullions into three bays of double-windows, with thin end piers and paneled spandrels between floors. Above a metal cornice with end brackets is a rooftop addition faced in white stucco, with terraces in front and back, and a roof deck fronted by a white metal railing. It was added in 1979.
The south elevation is clad in red brick. The ground floor is occupied by Polarn O. Pyret Swedish Childrenswear.
