9-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1912. Designed by Schwartz & Gross, it is clad in buff-colored brick with terra-cotta ornament above a 2-story limestone base. The central entrance has a glass-and-metal door with sidelights on either side. There is a recessed panel above the doorway. To to east is a wide single-window and two bays of paired windows; to the west is the same arrangement, except that a metal service door takes the place of the westernmost window on the ground floor. The 2nd floor has a double-window in the center bay (with a black metal mullion), flanked by a single-window, and two outer bays of tripartite windows (also with metal mullions). A simple band course caps the base, with two oversized scrolled brackets framing the center bay, and pairs of similar brackets outside of the next bays, with each bracket having a fat garland below it. At the top of and in between the brackets is an egg-and-dart molding, and above the band course, there is a stone post carved with Renaissnace ornament at the location of each bracket, with a stone balustrade spanning between them at the base of the 3rd floor. There are also balustrades at the base of the windows in the outer bays.

The upper floors have tripartite windows in the outer bays with the narrow outer windows in each of these bays angling back. At the center are four single-windows. The outer bays have stone sills and brick lintels, and there are paneled brick spandrels between floors. The middle bays also have stone sills, and there are terra-cotta spandrel panels decorated with shields, cartouches, and foliate ornament. There is a shallow, projecting stone balcony across the middle bays at the 7th floor, carried on five console brackets.

At the 8th floor there are terra-cotta panels on the piers, each with a cartouche, and a band course below the windows on this floor. The top floor is set off by another band course topped by a wave motif and dentils. The outer-bay windows on the 9th floor have brick surrounds with keystones, and the middle bays have stone lintels surmounted by cartouches. The facade is crowned by a stone cornice with an egg-and-dart molding, with a shallow pediment at the center that bears Renaissance ornament and a central cartouche.

There is a light well on both the east and west elevations. The building contains 37 apartment units.
