Formerly an operational citrus grove farm owned by the Crittenden Fruit Company which was owned by Earl Duke Crittenden and Family.
The property included much of the community that was developed right above it, the property was a former Citrus Grove.
The family still owns the non-develop portion, citrus trees have been removed around 2006, Earl Crittenden past away in 2009.
