206-foot, 20-story postmodern residential building completed in 2018. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group, it is clad in pale-red brick and glass above a 2-story base of white cast-stone with thin, recessed bands of red brick. The north facade is organized into three bays at the base, with the main entrance in the east bay. It has glass double-doors and sidelights covered by a green frosted-glass canopy. The other bays, and those along Broadway, have glass-and-metal storefronts. The 2nd floor has all three bays on Broadway, as well as the west bay on 80th Street, divided into two sections of large windows; the eastern two bays both have a single wide expanse of glass, subdivided into smaller panes by thin metal mullions.
The upper floors have cast-stone surrounds at each window. On Broadway the middle section is set back above the base; it has a bay of triple-windows flanked by double-windows. The north and south wings created by the recessed section both have two bays of single-windows flanked by end bays of windows with one wide pane and one narrow pane, that then wrap around the corners and continue on the north and south facades. The bays that wrap around to the short sidewalls bordering the recessed central area continue as double-windows, as do those on the south facade. The corner bay wrapping around to the north facade on 80th Street continues as a wider offset double-window, matching that on the west facade. Both wings on the west facade set back above the 13th floor, capped by a stone cornice. The recessed center portion continues up to the main roof line at the 18th floor. At these top floors, there is a bay of wide offset windows at the north end, wrapping around the the north facade, followed by a single-window to the south. The double-window, triple-window, double-window grouping from the lower floors continues, and to the south is a wider bay of double-windows, another triple-window bay, and an end bay of wide offset windows wrapping around to the south facade.
The south facade only has windows at the two short end bays, which wrap around from the other facades. At the 13th-floor setback, a band course extends from the cornice, continuing across the south facade. The north facade has a wide offset double-window bay at the east end, followed by a narrow offset double-window, four bays of triple-windows, a single-window bay, and the already-mentioned offset end bay wrapping around from the west facade. At the east end bay, they windows only wrap around to the east facade above the 8th floor, where the building clears the lower, adjoining structure. The only windows on the east facade are the wrap-around end-bay windows at the north end, another bay of single-windows at the 14th-18th floor, and three bays at the south end, which is recessed from the nortn half.
There are two penthouse levels above the main roof line, with a roof deck on top. The building contains 72 apartment units. Part of the ground floor is occupied by Weill Cornell Medicine offices, with retail space along Broadway occupied by A-Line Pictures.
