Waugh Enterprises Harley-Davidson, Inc. opened its doors in 1939 and was owned and operated by P.D. Waugh. Mr. Waugh sold various cars and tractors until 1953 when his interest in motorcycles surfaced.

Now an exclusive authorized Harley-Davidson dealer in October 1976; and is now the oldest Harley dealer in the state of Virginia, family owned and operated by P.D. Waugh's son, daughter-in-law, grandson and granddaughter.
