5-story Art-Deco commercial building completed in 1913 Designed by Mulliken & Moeller, it is clad in white brick above a ground-floor framed in limestone, with a recessed metal-framed entrance on the left (with a recessed glass-and-wood door) and a storefront on the right with a glass door and plate-glass show-window.

The 2nd-4th floors have wide tripartite windows with black metal mullions (the 3rd floor's window is divided into four equal-sized panes instead). Between these floors are brick spandrels with simply rectangular panels. The 5th floor is set off by a stone cornice and has a double-window in the middle and single-windows at the ends, separated by brick pilasters. The roof line has a brick parapet outlined in stone, stepped up at the center and featuring a stone band with a simple diamond shape.

The ground floor is occupied by Black Label No.1 Nail.
