Las Cumbres Wind Farm is located in the northeast part of the department of Jutiapa in Guatemala, just a few km from the border to El Salvador and about 16 km north of Lake Güija (which straddles the border). Commissioned in 2018, it consists of 15 Gamesa G114/2100 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 31.5 MW.
