Former space for department stores Grants ([¼ portion] October 15, 1972-February 23, 1973), Grant City ([¼ portion] February 24, 1973-November 15, 1975), Kmart ([¼ portion] March 17, 1977-Summer 1990 [relocated to Ludington Plaza at 4460 W US-10]), and RV dealer and parts store Fun-N-Sun RV ([¼ portion] early 1990's-c. April 2004 [relocated to 66 N Dennis Rd. and reopened on May 1, 2004]). The current space is now a dollar store, opened around late-September 2006.
