2-story commercial building originally completed in 1920 and remodeled since. The ground floor is now clad in variegated beige layered stone with a grey metal service door at both ends, and a slightly-recessed glass-and-metal storefront in the middle, with glass double-doors. The ground floor is covered by a dark-red canvas awning.

The 2nd floor is faced in white pre-cast stone. There is a large double-window in the middle, flanked by a plate-glass single-window to each side. These windows have smaller awnings. The facade is crowned by a stone roof parapet with a balustrade at the center section. The building is occupied by La Brochette restaurant.
