This spot was a former location for fast food restaurant McDonald's from its opening on October 7, 1972 until January 29, 1990, it was relocated to 5389 W US-10 and reopened on January 30, 1990. The old restaurant was demolished around late 1993, while the three-store building (1/3 portion houses Jimmy John's) was constructed around 1994. The current space is now a video rental store, opened around mid 1990's.
