3-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1884. Designed by Thom & Wilson, it is clad in brownstone, with a high stoop at the left of the 2-bay facade. The basement level is rough-faced and has a wide window next to the stoop, with a basement entrance in the side of the stoop. The parlor-floor entrance has paneled wood-and-glass double-doors and a leaded-glass transom flanked by pilasters with stylized capitals supporting an entablature with a dentiled cornice. To the right of the doorway is a window with a full stone surround and dentiled cornice. The two bays of single-windows on the upper floors have similar surrounds, but with bracketed sills and without the dentils on the cornices. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with dentils, four modillions, and panels.
