This is a general outline of the main part of Loose Creek. There really is no well defined outline since it is an unincorporated community. It kind of goes as far as you want it to before becoming Bonnots Mill, Linn, or Westphalia. Most people who live here are descendants of Germans and it it a mainly Catholic town. There are two gas stations, a bank, a restaurant, a Catholic church and school, some cabinet shops, two insurance place, a veterinarian, and many farms. Most of the farms in and around Loose Creek raise turkeys and cows.
