ruins, trees
Planted after 1967, these palms lined what was once the curved northern side of a home lot. The mid-century modern home once located here was built sometime around 1948 and demolished after 1994. Only the palm trees that made up most of the landscaping and some scattered rubble remain.
The original driveway entrance changed locations a few times: in 1948, it was what is now McMahon Street and Arlington Avenue. By 1966, it was moved close to what is now Durango and Arlington. And when the property to the south was finally developed, it was connected to what is now Dakota Avenue.
