Still undeveloped. it's really an open dirt field at the moment. Ground will be broken in the second week of January 2012. The soild has high levels of sodium, boron and other chemicals that would make it difficult to grow most plants, so there will be weeks of irrigation to leach out the salt. The area used to be dairy farms in the late 1880's thru the 1960's.
