Vesse railway stop is located in the centre of Ülemiste freight station, 8.5 km from Balti Jaam, so the platform is open on one side – people cannot go towards Lasnamäe, as there are more than six railway lines there, where intensive works are taking place. However, people can go to Sõjamäe Highway, from where those heading towards Lasnamäe can take bus no. 65 or use the pedestrian bridge. The train from Balti Jaam to Vesse takes about 11 minutes. The station has one low, 30 m long waiting platform. Entry and exit are only possible through zone C of the train. About 30 passenger trains stop at Vessel station every day, of which only electric trains on the Tallinn-Aegviidu route. In terms of ticket prices, the stop belongs to zone I, within which travel is free for residents of Tallinn, and zone II. The stops on the Lasnamäe side of the Vesse railway station are Lasnamäe Maksimarket and Vesse miniRimi, and on the Ülemiste side - Jeti Jäähall.
