5-story commercial building completed sometime in the late 1800s. The facade is now surfaced in brown smooth-stucco above the ground floor, which has a paneled wood storefront framed by paneled end piers of beige-painted stone. There are wood-and-glass double-doors at the center, and a steep-sloped, brown canvas awning between the end piers.

The 2nd floor has an arched tripartite window, and the 3rd & 4th floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings, with rough-faced stone sills. A black metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions caps the 4th floor, and the 5th floor is set far back above and behind the cornice. The building is occupied by Samuel & Sons interior design.
