It is clad in fading red-painted brick above a modernized storefront of black metal and glass, with a glass door to the upper floors at the south end. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black stone sills and lintels. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels ornamented with medallions. The ground floor is occupied by Lin's Gourmet Chinese Restaurant, and the 2nd floor by Graceful Services Beauty Salon, extending into the 2nd floor of the neighboring building to the south.
