4-story residential/commercial building completed in 1901. It is clad in light-grey brick above a wood, glass, and metal storefront. The ground floor also has a door to the upper floors at the south end. The 3rd & 4th floors have three bays of single-windows with tan stone lintels. The 2nd floor originally had the same configuration, but the northern two bays were combined into a larger opening with a large window of four narrow panes, in white metal framing. A vertical, projecting, metal sign is attached to the north end of the facade by brackets, running from the 2nd-3rd floors. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels ornamented with medallions.

The ground floor is occupied by Kurant Wine Bar & Kitchen.
