Historic former cattle ranch dating to the 1880s. This site was once the headquarters of one of the largest cattle ranching outfits in Colorado and Wyoming. Today only ruins of the headquarters still exist, but the 5-acre site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) for its importance in the agricultural history of Colorado.
