Farmhouse. Mid-to late C16 with later C19 alterations and additions. Timber framed with rendered wattle and daub and red brick nogging; coursed red-sandstone and red brick additions; plain tile roof with catslide over outshut at rear. L-plan; 3 framed bays with additions at rear. One storey and attic with 2-storey addition, 2 gabled eaves dormers with 2-light wooden casements, shaped barge boards, and finials; brick stack behind ridge off-centre to left; integral brick end stack to right, and external brick end stack to rear wing.
