Neo-Romanesque basilica with two façade towers build in 1913 parish church of the 'Westerkwartier'. Construction activity, however, was almost immediately halted by the outbreak of the First World War. Only in 1928 the church was completed. The In the interior, the Romanesque Revival furniture combined with Neo-Byzantine mosaic decorations.
In 2006 the church was protected as architectural heritage.
