Eyecatcher. Probably late C18 or early C19. Uncoursed red sandstone, breccia and conglomerate rubble, with red sandstone ashlar and red brick dressings. Red brick walls to rear. Remains of former farmbuildings with gable end towards Berwick House (q.v.) treated as a Gothic eyecatcher.
