In 1991 Lithuanian Government passed a Law of Integration. Because of this reason Vilnius school was organized to Lithuanian Training Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired in 1994 and now consists of some departments:

Kindergarten;
Secondary school (from preliminary to the 12th form);
Department of self expression and socialization (dormitory);
Social training department;
Computer center for the visually impaired;
Medical services;
Information department.
Department for deafblind children.
